KYN61-40.5(Z) type armored removable AC metal-enclosed switch cabinet (hereinafter referred to as the switchgear) is a three-phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage of 40.5kV indoor complete power distribution device. It is used for power plants, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises to accept and distribute electrical energy. It has functions such as control, protection, and detection of the circuit, and can also be used in places with frequent operations.

This switch cabinet complies with standards such as GB/T11022-1999, GB3906-1991 and DL404-1997.

● Surrounding air temperature: the highest temperature is +40℃, the lowest temperature is -15℃；

● Relative humidity: Average daily relative humidity: ≤95%;

● The average daily water vapor pressure does not exceed 2.2kPa;

● Average monthly relative humidity: ≤90%;

● The average monthly water vapor pressure does not exceed 1.8kPa;

● Altitude: below 1000m;

● Earthquake intensity: no more than 8 degrees;

● The surrounding air should not be significantly polluted by corrosive or combustible gases, water vapor, etc.;

● No place for severe vibration;

● When used under normal conditions specified in GB3906, the user and the manufacturer shall negotiate.

Structural Features

● The cabinet structure adopts the assembled type, and the circuit breaker adopts the floor-standing structure of the hand car.；

● Equipped with a brand new type of composite insulated vacuum circuit breaker, and has the characteristics of good interchangeability and simple replacement;

● The frame of the handcar is equipped with a screw nut propulsion mechanism, which can easily move the handcar and prevent damage to the propulsion structure due to misoperation.;

● All operations can be carried out when the cabinet door is closed;

● The interlocking between the main switch, the hand car, and the switch cabinet door adopts mandatory mechanical locking method to meet the “five-proof” function.;

● The cable room has plenty of space and can connect multiple cables;

● Fast grounding switch is used for grounding and short circuit of the loop;

● The protection level of the shell is IP3X, and the protection level is IP2X when the door of the hand-car room is open.;

● The products comply with GB3906-1991, DL404-1997 and refer to the international IEC-298 standard.
