The MNS type low-voltage pull-out switch cabinet (hereinafter referred to as the switchgear) was developed by our company after referring to the MNS series of low-voltage switch cabinet of the Swiss ABB company and comprehensively improving it. It is currently a relatively complete low-voltage pull-out switchgear in China. The products are composed of standardized and series of modules, and the drawers have reliable mechanical interlocking devices, which make users safer and more reliable when using them.
This cabinet is suitable for AC 50 (60) Hz, rated operating voltage 400V, 660V. A three-phase five-wire power supply system with a rated current of 5000A and below can be used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, buildings, hotels, airports, docks, radio and television and other communication centers to control power generation, transmission and distribution, power conversion and power consumption equipment, and its main busbar is compensated for reactive power through a capacitor compensation cabinet. Structural Features
Due to the introduction of the excellent technology of Swiss ABB, this switchgear has been technically improved on the basis of its original technology to make it more in line with our country's national conditions. The cabinet adopts 25mm modular C-profile through connecting parts to form a variety of cabinet frame structures and drawer units that can meet various needs. High-strength flame-retardant engineering plastic components are used in the MCC cabinet to make its safety performance more reliable. At the same time, the foreign function board is modified to be combined with 200mm as the modulus, which is more conducive to the design requirements of the PC cabinet and the MCC cabinet mixed cabinet. The drawer unit and the cabinet have a reliable interlocking device to prevent the switch from being turned on with a load, which improves its safety. In addition, the cabinet Generally, cold-rolled steel plates are assembled after passivation treatment, and aluminum-zinc steel plates can also be used according to the different needs of users.

◇ Receiving power, female cabinet
Various types of frame circuit breakers at home and abroad such as RMW1, CW1, NA1, DW45, CDW7, MT, E and other series of circuit breakers are used as the main switch to realize the function of receiving power or female connection.
◇ Power center cabinet (PC)
Various types of cabinet-mounted circuit breakers such as DW45, NA1, CDW7MT, and E series circuit breakers at home and abroad are used for power distribution.
◇ Motor Control Center (MCC)
It is assembled from large and small drawers, and the main switch of each circuit adopts a plastic case circuit breaker with high breaking capacity or a rotary load switch with a fuse.
