Structure Introduction

● The cabinet of the GGD type AC low-voltage power distribution cabinet adopts the type of a general cabinet. The frame is partially welded and assembled with 8MF cold-formed steel. The frame parts and special supporting parts are supplied by the designated steel production plant to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet.

The parts of the universal cabinet are designed according to the principle of module, and there are 20 mold mounting holes.The high general coefficient can enable the factory to achieve pre-production, which not only shortens the manufacturing cycle, but also improves work efficiency.

● When designing the GGD cabinet, the heat dissipation problem in the operation of the cabinet is fully taken into account.There are different numbers of heat dissipation slots at the upper and lower ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components in the cabinet heat up, the heat rises and is discharged through the upper slot, and the cold air is constantly replenished into the cabinet from the lower slot, so that the sealed cabinet is formed from the bottom up into a natural air duct to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation.

In accordance with the requirements of modern industrial product modeling and design, the GGD cabinet adopts the golden section ratio method to design the outer shape of the cabinet and the divided dimensions of each part, so that the whole cabinet is beautiful and elegant, with a new look.

● The cabinet door is connected to the frame by a rotating shaft movable chain, which is easy to install and disassemble. A mountain-shaped rubber-plastic strip is embedded in the hemming of the door. When closing the door, the insert between the door and the frame has a certain compression stroke, which can prevent the door from directly colliding with the cabinet, and also improves the protection level of the door.

● The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected to the frame with multiple strands of soft copper wire, and the mounting parts in the cabinet are connected with knurled screws between the cabinet and the cabinet frame, and the whole cabinet forms a complete grounding protection circuit.

● The surface of the cabinet is sprayed with plastic, which has strong adhesion and good texture. The whole cabinet is matt in tone, which avoids the glare effect and creates a more comfortable visual environment for the personnel on duty.

● The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when needed to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site. The four corners of the cabinet are equipped with rings for lifting and shipping.
