Structural Features
XL-21 low-voltage power distribution cabinet is enclosed, the shell is bent with steel plate, and the knife switch operating handle is mounted on the upper part of the right column in front of the box, which can be used as a power switch. A voltmeter is installed in front of the distribution cabinet to indicate the voltage of the busbar.There is a door in front of the power distribution cabinet. After the door is opened, all the equipment in the power distribution cabinet is exposed for easy maintenance and maintenance. This power distribution cabinet adopts domestic self-designed components, which have the characteristics of compact structure, easy maintenance, and flexible combination of circuit schemes. In addition to air circuit breakers and fuses for short-circuit protection, the power distribution cabinet is also equipped with contactors and thermal relays, and the front door of the box can be equipped with operation buttons and indicator lights.
Working Conditions
● Ambient temperature: -50℃~+40℃, and the average temperature within 24h does not exceed +36℃;
● Altitude: no more than 2000m;
● Relative humidity: when the surrounding air humidity is +40℃, it does not exceed 50%;
● At lower humidity, there can be higher relative humidity (e.g. 90% at +20℃), taking into account the temperature change, moderate frosting is allowed.;
● The inclination of the equipment to the vertical surface during installation should not exceed 5°, and the equipment should be installed in a place without severe vibration, shock and corrosion.
Use, Maintenance and Overhaul
After the power distribution cabinet is installed or overhauled, the following inspections and tests must be carried out before it is put into operation (the inspections and tests after the overhaul depend on the nature of the overhaul).
● Check whether the electrical equipment and secondary wiring installed inside the power distribution cabinet meet the requirements of the drawings.
● Check whether the knife switch and air switch used for operation are flexible, and there should be no clamping pattern.
● Check whether the contact of the installed electrical equipment is good and whether it meets the requirements of the electrical equipment itself.
● Check the interior of the power distribution cabinet for other foreign objects and whether the sturdy screws of each part are loose.
